Two Projects are Now One!

In an effort to increase efficiency, the City of Fife and the Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) have agreed to combine two of the 20th Street E projects, into now one project on 20th St E from the Fife Aquatic Center to the 6400 Block. This combining of resources will not only make the project more cost effective, but it will get done quicker!

The project aims to improve mobility, safety, access, road capacity, and pavement on that segment of 20th Street E through $8.7 million in grant funding from TIB and $2.3 million in city funds. See the updated project map above and the now combined budget below. For more information about these projects, head to the About these Projects page.

Shows the budget for each of the three corridor improvement projects. The projects that have been combined now total 11 million with $8.7 million from TIB and $2.3 million from the City of Fife.
